E560, P570, and E660 nodes still run vSAN after Dell ProSupport on the node ends. We replace disks, PSUs, and whole nodes. vSAN licensing stays yours.
First-generation E460/P470 through P670/E660 are the nodes coming off warranty. Hardware on the node is in scope. VxRail Manager and vSAN entitlements stay with you as you already hold them.
XC and PowerEdge in the same cluster or rack can share the contract. This is hardware maintenance, not software support.

Do you cover VxRail after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you support the VxRail software stack?
Hardware on the node — disk, PSU, motherboard, GPU. VxRail Manager, vCenter, and vSAN licenses stay on your entitlement. Those are not included unless we quote them separately.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
