EMC CLARiiON EOSL support.
CX3 and CX4 arrays still sit under apps that never moved to VNX. EMC ended the product years ago. We still quote SPE, DAE, and vault disks when the part exists.
CX200 through CX4-960, Celerra NS, and Centera still show up in plants and labs. Parts are limited. If a vault disk is gone, that is on the quote before you sign.
If the next array in the rack is VNX or Unity, put them on one contract. CLARiiON does not need its own EMC ticket to be repaired.

Do you cover CLARiiON after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Are CX3 and CX4 parts actually available?
Often yes for SPE, PSU, and DAE. Vault and cache modules are quoted from stock. If we cannot source it, that is written before you sign — not after a failure.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
