Dell and EMC hardware stays in the rack after ProSupport. PowerEdge 11th/12th gen, VNX, CLARiiON, and early Unity are EOSL. We still quote the serial.
A typical Dell room is mixed: current PowerEdge next to an R730, Unity next to VNX, sometimes a CX4. One NETRAID contract covers that mix — disks, controllers, nodes — without a Dell refresh as the cost of a repair.
