VMAX 20K/40K and VMAX AF still hold the main LUNs. PowerMax 2000/8000 is coming off warranty. We quote engines, directors, and disks without a Dell refresh as the cost of a repair.
Symmetrix DMX through VMAX 400K is EOSL. Teams keep it because replication and the host set are certified. We replace directors and backend disks. SRDF licensing stays yours.
VPLEX and RecoverPoint hardware in front of the VMAX can share the contract. Current PowerMax is covered the same way once ProSupport is no longer the right fit.

Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you still cover VMAX 10K, 20K, and 40K?
Yes. Those frames are EOSL and still in service. AF 250F–950F and PowerMax 2000/8000 are listed with them.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
