Hyperconverged rooms fail like any other rack: disks, boot devices, and power. NETRAID repairs the hardware. The hypervisor license is yours.

NX appliances and OEM nodes. Hardware on the box — the software license stays yours.

XC nodes and VxRail hardware break/fix. vSAN licensing is out of scope unless we quote it.

SimpliVity and ProLiant DX nodes after the HPE contract. Disks, RAID, and PSUs.

ThinkAgile HX hardware. Same ThinkSystem parts model, HCI coverage on the ticket.

FAQ

Do you cover the HCI software or just the node?

Hardware on the node — disks, controllers, PSUs, GPU, and mainboards. AHV, vSAN, and Nutanix licenses stay a separate entitlement.

Can HCI sit on the same contract as the SAN and the network?

Yes. Nutanix NX, Dell XC/VxRail, HPE SimpliVity, and Lenovo HX can share an SLA mix with the rest of the rack.

What about EOSL NX and G4/G5 nodes?

That is the usual ask. If the serial is not listed, send it. We still quote it.
