Federal

NETRAID is a member of SOF RACER.

We keep the servers, storage, and networks running in a federal data center. Membership in the USSOCOM consortium lets us review requirements and submit a solution brief when the work matches what we already do.

Federal sites hire us for the equipment already in the rack.

The work is the same hardware coverage we provide everywhere else: servers, storage, network, GPU, and hyperconverged systems. That includes current hardware and equipment the manufacturer has stopped supporting. When the room needs more than a break-fix agreement, the same company handles managed IT, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and operating-system support.

Engineers are local to the site, and coverage is worldwide. Send the asset list and we follow up the same business day. Call 1-855-NETRAID if the site is already down.

Membership is how we respond to USSOCOM requirements.

SOF RACER is the U.S. Special Operations Command rapid acquisition consortium. GovSignals runs the portal. Membership is free, and it does not require us to bid. Members can see solicitations and submit a solution brief. If USSOCOM selects a response, the award is an Other Transaction under 10 U.S.C. 4022.

The portal operates in a FedRAMP High and Impact Level 5 environment. That authorization belongs to GovSignals. NETRAID's work on this site remains hardware maintenance and the IT practices linked above.

Questions about federal support

Does SOF RACER membership mean NETRAID holds a USSOCOM award?

Membership means we can review solicitations and submit a solution brief. An agreement exists only after USSOCOM selects a response and executes an Other Transaction under 10 U.S.C. 4022.

Does a hardware quote require a facility clearance?

A hardware maintenance quote does not ask for a facility clearance or a CMMC certificate. If a government site or a specific solicitation requires either one, that requirement comes with the work, and we say so before we accept it.

Can you cover equipment the manufacturer has dropped?

Yes. Federal sites often keep systems past the manufacturer's end of service. Send the model or the serial and we quote it the same way we quote a commercial site.

Send the asset list for a federal site.

Tell us the equipment and the location. We follow up the same business day.
