One contract, mixed brands
A production data center is rarely one stack. PowerEdge next to ProLiant, a VSP, a FAS, a Brocade director, and a GPU row is a normal room. Manufacturer contracts follow the brand. We put the whole room on one contract instead.
Server, storage, network, GPU, HCI, and tape can share a mix of service levels and a single invoice.
What stays in production
We cover current generation you do not want to renew with the manufacturer, last-generation hardware that is post-warranty, EOL and EOSL systems that still hold the workload, and dense GPU racks the OEM priced like a refresh.
Local engineers, typically within 20 miles, and parts already in the region. Coverage is 24×7×365, and tickets go through the Client Portal.
How a data center quote works
Send the asset list — serials, an export, or a photo of the row. We map every brand, including models that are not on the published list, and return a quote the same business day. Coverage starts when you sign.
Hardware maintenance is the core. Managed IT, cybersecurity, backup, and OS support are available if you want them on separate statements of work.

Is data center maintenance the same as facilities maintenance?
No. NETRAID covers the IT hardware in the rack — servers, storage, network, GPU, and tape. CRAC, UPS, and generators are out of scope unless we quote them separately.
Can one contract cover every row?
Yes. Mix service levels by workload — production storage on 24×7×2, lab servers on next-business-day, GPU training on 4-hour — and keep them on one invoice.

Yes. We cover colocated and on-prem rooms worldwide. Put the address on the quote — even if that city is not on the map yet, we will tell you how we will cover it.
