Send the asset list — serials, an export, or a photo of the row. We map every brand, including models that are not on the published list. Same-day quote. Coverage starts when you sign, not on a quarterly onboarding calendar.
Hardware maintenance is the core. Managed IT, cybersecurity, backup, and OS support are available if you want them on separate statements of work.

Is data center maintenance the same as facilities maintenance?
No. NETRAID covers the IT hardware in the rack — servers, storage, network, GPU, and tape. CRAC, UPS, and generators are out of scope unless we quote them separately.
Can one contract cover every row?
Yes. Mix service levels by workload. Production storage on 24×7×2, lab servers on next-business-day, GPU training on 4-hour. One invoice.
Do you cover colocated and on-prem rooms?
Yes. The address goes on the quote. Worldwide. If a pin is not on the map yet, we still quote how we will cover it.
