Unity 300 through 650F and Unity XT still hold production LUNs after Dell’s support date. We replace storage processors, disks, and DAE PSUs — without a PowerStore project as the cost of a repair.
Unity replaced CLARiiON and VNX. Those Unity arrays are now the ones coming off warranty. We keep dual-SP pairs in production, including VNXe 1600/3200 that never moved to Unity.
File and block hardware are in scope. Unisphere licensing stays yours. The same contract can cover the VNX you did not finish replacing.

Do you cover Unity after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Does this include Unity XT or only the first Unity line?
Both. 300/400/500/600, F models, and XT 380 through 880. VNXe that never moved is quoted with the same parts model.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
