Isilon and PowerScale EOSL support.
Isilon S/X/NL nodes and early PowerScale still serve the same namespaces. We replace disks, nodes, and PSUs. OneFS licensing stays yours.
IQ, S210, X410, NL410, and HD400 clusters are EOSL or close. F800 and H400 are coming off warranty. A failed node does not have to be a cluster upgrade. We swap the chassis and disks and leave the filesystem where it is.
This is hardware on the node. SmartQuotas, snapshots, and OneFS versions are out of scope unless we quote OS support separately.

Do you cover Isilon after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you replace a whole node or only disks?
Both. Disks and PSUs are the common ticket. Whole node swap is quoted when the motherboard or the chassis is the failure.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
