Dell PowerEdge EOSL support.
PowerEdge 9th through 14th generation is still in a lot of production rooms. Dell’s support matrix has moved on. We still quote the serial — disks, PSUs, RAID cards, and whole nodes.
R710, R720, R730, and R740 hosts still run plants, back-office systems, and VMware clusters certified to that generation. 11th and 12th gen are EOSL. 13th and 14th gen are coming off warranty in volume. We stock midplanes, heat sinks, and PERC cards for those chassis — not only the current 16G line.
Coverage is hardware break/fix. iDRAC licenses stay yours. The same contract can include Unity, Isilon, and the network. PowerEdge does not need a separate manufacturer ticket.

Do you cover PowerEdge after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you still get parts for R710 and R730?
Yes. 11th and 12th gen are a large share of the quotes. 9th and 10th gen (1950/2950, R610/R710) are quoted from the serial if the part still exists.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
