StoreOnce 4900, 5500, and 6500 still take the backups after HPE Care ends. We replace nodes, disks, and PSUs. Catalyst licensing stays yours.
2700 through 6600 and B6200 are the appliances we quote, including generations HPE has ended. Tape (MSL, ESL, EML) in the same backup room shares the contract.
This is hardware. Veeam, Data Protector, or Commvault licenses are out of scope unless we quote them separately.

Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you cover the tape library in front of StoreOnce too?
Yes. MSL, 1/8 G2, EML, and ESL are listed with StoreOnce. One SLA mix for the backup hardware.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
