HPE MSA EOSL support.
MSA 2000, P2000, and 1040/2040 arrays still sit under Hyper-V and VMware in branch rooms. Renewing HPE Care on those controllers is often priced like a refresh. We still swap them.
MSA 1000 through 2062 is the midrange line that often outlives the server in front of it. Controllers, JBODs, and disks are the usual ticket. Firmware that is still licensed to you can be applied where the quote says so.
EVA and StoreVirtual in the same shop belong on the same contract. MSA does not need its own HPE line.

FAQ
Questions about MSA.
Do you cover MSA after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Is P2000 G3 and MSA 2040 still supported?
Yes. 1000/1500, 2000 G1/G2, P2000 G3, and 1040 through 2062. Dual-controller pairs are the usual configuration we quote.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
