ProLiant G5–G7, Integrity, EVA, and 3PAR 7000 are EOSL and still in production. Renewing HPE Care on those generations is often priced like a refresh. Independent support is the contract for the hardware you have.
DL360, DL380, BL460c, 3PAR, MSA, and StoreOnce are repaired as hardware. We replace the part. HP-UX on Integrity is a separate OS line if you need it.
Aruba/ProCurve switching and StoreEver tape sit on the same contract. Alletra and Primera are covered when the warranty ends — not only the EOSL equipment.

Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Is Integrity and SuperDome included?
Yes, as EOSL hardware. PA-RISC and Itanium hosts are quoted from the serial. HP-UX support is optional on the same agreement.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
