Do you cover 3PAR after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you still support 7000 and 8000?
Yes. That is most of the 3PAR work. F/T/S and 20000 are quoted from the serial. If a controller is no longer available, we say so up front.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
