ESXi is the hypervisor under a lot of the rest of the estate. 6.0, 6.5, and 6.7 are still in production. Vendor coverage is often priced to move you to a new stack. Independent OS support is priced to keep the hosts running.
Hosts, vCenter, HA/DRS, and datastore issues. Phone and remote. Hardware break/fix for the servers under the hypervisor is a separate contract if you want it.
