Linux Server Support.

RHEL, SLES, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu LTS, and CentOS — including versions the vendor already ended. Kernel, userspace, and the cluster on top.

Linux

What We Cover.

Linux in production is not one distro. RHEL 5 through 10, SLES 11 through 15, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu LTS, and CentOS hosts that never got a migration budget.

We cover the kernel, userspace, and the cluster on top. Patches go on a change window you approve — not a Friday-night dump of every advisory.

01

RHEL, SLES, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu

The distros still in the rack. CentOS 6/7/Stream included. If a build is not listed, send it.

02

Kernel, HA, and the application

Panic analysis, clustering, filesystems, and the service that will not come back after a patch.

03

EOSL releases still in production

RHEL 5/6, SLES 11, Ubuntu 16.04. Current major versions are in scope too. Mix windows per host.

FAQ

Questions about Linux.

Do you cover RHEL 5, 6, and CentOS 7?

Yes. EOSL Linux is common in production. Current RHEL, SLES, Oracle Linux, and Ubuntu LTS are in scope as well.

Is this a replacement for Red Hat or SUSE subscriptions?

This is independent OS support — engineers on the system. Subscriptions for packages and errata are a separate decision.

Can you mix Linux with AIX or Windows on one contract?

Yes. Coverage is scoped per host. Production Linux can be 24×7 while a lab stays on business hours.
