Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you work on 7-mode and clustered ONTAP hardware?
Yes. The OS mode does not change the part. Heads and shelves are quoted from the serial, including 7-mode FAS that is long past EOSL.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
