FlashSystem 900, V9000, and Storwize V7000 still hold the volumes after IBM Hardware Maintenance ends. We replace canisters, batteries, and enclosures.
Storwize V3500, V3700, V7000 Gen1–3, and FlashSystem 720/840/900 are the EOSL and post-warranty core. SVC is quoted with them when it is still the virtualization layer.
DS8000 in the same shop is a separate family on the same contract. Spectrum Virtualize licensing stays yours.

Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Does this include Storwize V7000 or only the FlashSystem badge?
Both. V3500 through V7000, FlashSystem 720 through 9500, and SVC. The badge on the bezel does not change the parts model.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
