Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Can you still get Altix parts?
Sometimes. We quote from stock and write the lead time. We do not take a contract we cannot fulfill.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
