Quantum EOL and EOSL support.
Scalar i40/i80/i6000 and DXi still take the backup job after Quantum support. We replace robotics, tape drives, and DXi nodes.
i3/i6, i40/i80, i500, and i6000 are the libraries we quote. DXi disk backup is quoted with them. StorNext metadata hardware is in scope; the software license is not.
LTO generation on the drive is called out on the quote so you are not surprised.

FAQ
Questions about Quantum.
Do you cover Quantum hardware after the manufacturer ends support?
Yes. Send the serial. If we cannot source the part, we say so before you sign.
Do you cover Scalar i6000 that is EOSL?
Yes, when robotics and drive SKUs exist. i40/i80 are the most common quote. Send the library serial.
Can EOSL hardware share a contract with current equipment?
Yes. Mix service levels in the same room — 2-hour onsite on production, next-business-day on a lab system — including brands the manufacturer no longer lists.
Same-day quote
Request a Quantum quote.
Serials or an asset export. We return a scoped quote the same business day — including generations the manufacturer no longer supports.
