Catalyst 3750, 4500, and 6500, MDS 9500, and early UCS still move packets after Smart Net ends. We replace supervisors, fabric modules, and power supplies. This is hardware break/fix, not a Cisco software-support bundle.
NETRAID lists 222 Cisco models, from Catalyst 2960 through 9600, Nexus 2000 through 9800, MDS 9100 through 9700, ISR and ASR routers, ASA and Firepower, wireless controllers, and UCS B, C, and X-Series with fabric interconnects. We stock C-Series servers, fabric interconnects, supervisors, and optics, including models Cisco has already ended.
What changes at Last Date of Support
Once a Cisco product passes its Last Date of Support, Cisco says support services for it are unavailable. The switch does not stop forwarding packets that day. You lose the contract behind it. PIX, ASA, and older wireless are quoted from the serial when the part exists. If we cannot source a part, you hear that before you sign.

A current example: Catalyst 3850
Cisco's bulletin EOL13188 set the Last Date of Support for the Catalyst 3850 models it lists — the copper, PoE, UPOE, and multigigabit SKUs — at October 31, 2025. The last date to renew a Cisco service contract on those models was January 28, 2025, and security vulnerability support also ended October 31, 2025. The 3850 fiber SKUs are on a separate Cisco bulletin with later dates, so check the product ID.
If those switches are still in the access layer and working, NETRAID can keep them on a hardware contract while you plan the move to Catalyst 9000 on your own schedule. That coverage is hardware. IOS updates and security patches ended with Cisco's support, so anything internet-facing or bound by a compliance rule belongs on the replacement list.
